RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All returns are accepted. We try to accurately and honestly describe all our products and handle returns in a fair and reasonable manner. All items, unless otherwise stated, are new with manufacturer’s warranty (if any warranty-this will be stated in item description). RETURNS: Most items can now be returned via eBay’s automated return system which will provide a return label and other info. (Under your eBay purchases there will be a link next to the item purchased for returns). Please be sure to select correct reason for return e.g. changed mind, does not fit, found better price, item defective, etc. EXCHANGES: Exchanges are easiest & quickest to process by doing return through automated EBay system for item you don't want and then just buying item you want. Once I receive return back I will process refund. If you find item to be or damaged on arrival, please notify me via email prior to opening return and I will try to correct issue or problem. If problem is unable to be corrected, I will refund or promptly exchange with you once item is returned to me (I pay all shipping costs on damaged or defective items).
